Purchase & Rental Requirements

Carriage Pointe Homeowners Association requires an application to be completed by each purchaser and/or perspective tenant.

Purchases:
  • A Capital Contribution of $567 is required at Closing

Rental Restrictions:
  • Purchasers are not eligible to rent for the first 24 months of ownership
  • Applicants must have a minimum 650 credit score
  • All leases shall be for a minimum period of six (6) months and no home may be subject to more than one (1) lease in and twelve(12) month period, regardless of the lease term.
  • A $1,000 security deposit
